At Bougie Babes Hat Bar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  1. Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Items returned after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligible Returns: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom items may be subject to additional conditions (see below).

  3. Defective Items: If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please note, damage resulting from wear and tear or improper use is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  4. Custom Items: Custom-designed hats are subject to a 30% restocking fee if no manufacturing defect is found upon return inspection. Please ensure that your custom item meets your expectations before finalizing your purchase.

  5. Return Process:

    • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase to initiate a return.

    • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

    • Bring the item to our location for inspection.

  6. Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Buyer pays return shipping cost.
